BADE UND RINSCHEID processes coil and strip steel from 0,2 up to 8 mm thickness. Especially for the use of aluminium – but not only – the machinery and equipment have optimized functionalities.

Automated stamping machines, hydraulic and eccentric presses with forces up to 3.150 MPa process coils up to a width of 600 mm.

Small tolerances, high demands with regard to planeness e.g. and other sophisticated specifications are covered and as far as possible already checked during production in line.

Our industrial cleaning devices – built in accordance to environmental demands make use of fluids that are CHC free. The possibilities are given for the use of degreasing processes according to VDA 19 or DIN ISO 16232 e.g..
